Growing into the inspector role was a natural progression for Rudy.  His passion to become a home inspector came about while he and his wife were rebuilding their own home in 2006, converting a ranch house to a 2 story prairie style home.  Acting as their own general contractor, they observed numerous component installations inconsistent with the manufacture's guidelines, or not in specification with the blue prints, and even systems damaged by workers which were caught and called out for correction.  Having this first hand experience with re-building his own home made him realize that there are a lot of unqualified workers in the building trades today that are often not properly supervised.  This fueled his passion to do right by future and fellow homeowners to make sure that their homes are safe and well-constructed.
